EASY & AFFORDABLE PEACH CRUMBLE RECIPE
This Peach Crumble is amazing!Who doesn’t love a delicious warm dessert? I’m sure you do! That’s why I’m bringing you this easy peachy recipe that is yummy and affordable. This recipe is made of things you likely already have in your fridge and cupboards.This Peach Crumble recipe is a favorite among children and adults. Especially, if you top it with ice cream! Ingredients
Filling
- 5-7 Fresh peaches yellow or white
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Crumble
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
- 1 cup old-fashioned oats
- Optional: vanilla ice cream for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350F.
- Peel (optional) & cut peaches into cubes. In a large bowl, combine the cubed peaches with the other ingredients listed under “Filling”. Mix well and pour into a 9″ pie pan or 9″ square pan.
- In a medium bowl, combine all ‘Crumble’ ingredients. Mix well to try to get rid of the separation of the powders and oats.
- Layer the crumble onto the filing. Bake for 40-45 minutes.
- Remove from oven and serve with ice cream.
