INCREDIBLE EGGLESS EGGNOG
Eggnog is almost a requirement for the holidays. But making it with unpasteurized eggs can put drinkers at risk of salmonella. No worries! This dairy-free, eggless eggnog recipe is quick, easy, safer, and even tastes better than the traditional recipe.Get ready to enjoy an incredible egg-free, dairy-free holiday favorite! Ingredients
- 1 quart Lactaid milk (or other lactose-free milk)
- 1/2 package Instant French vanilla pudding mix 3.5 oz pack
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Ground nutmeg
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a blender (I use the Ninja Foodi Cold & Hot Blender. It makes everything from ice cream to soup!)
- Blend for 1 minute.
- Enjoy immediately or refrigerate for later.
Notes
This recipe can easily be doubled for larger gatherings. You can also mix by hand using a large bowl. However you choose to do it, this eggless eggnog will blow your mind!
