Say goodbye to stolen packages!
Who doesn’t use Amazon these days? We all do. And thieves know it, too. That’s why Amazon lockers are a great idea!
Use these hubs to have your packages delivered securely, and never worry about stolen Amazon packages again. Find out how to use the Amazon lockers and put your mind at ease.
What are Amazon Lockers?
Amazon lockers are hubs where your Amazon packages can be delivered instead of them being left on your doorstep.
Amazon hub lockers are free to use. And there are many locations to choose from.
How do the Amazon lockers work?
The Amazon lockers are quite simple to use. This is the process:
- When placing your Amazon order, instead of choosing your home address as the destination, choose an Amazon locker at your preferred location (near home, work, school, whatever you prefer).
- The Amazon delivery person will take your package to your preferred Amazon hub locker.
- You will be notified via e-mail and/or the Amazon app, that your package was delivered. This will include a barcode that can be scanned at the locker, and a code that can be typed into the kiosk.
- Go to the Amazon hub locker to get your package.
- Either scan your barcode at the kiosk, or type the code.
- Voila! The locker with your package(s) will pop open!
How do I find Amazon pickup locations near me?
Amazon makes it easy to find your nearest Amazon locker by going to this page. You will even have the option to add lockers to your address book to make checkout easier.
Pickup locations include businesses, apartment buildings, and more. Locations may be indoors or outdoors. If you choose a business as your pickup location, be sure to know the business hours. You don’t want to go to a location only to find out they are closed.
How to return packages to an Amazon locker?
If your package is eligible, you can use Amazon lockers for returns. You can find all the details of how to use the Amazon return locker here.
