Earny got my cash back…
I found an app that acts as your personal assistant and will request a refund of the price difference if the price drops on an item you purchased. Let me tell you how the app, Earny got my cash back.
How it Worked for Me
To give you a real-life example, I purchased a pair of boots from Macy’s. These boots were on sale for half-off at $34.50. I loved that price! But, Earny sent me an email letting me know that the price dropped again just one day after I bought my boots. The email informed me that they would be submitting a refund request on my behalf.
The price difference earned me $8.62 back onto my card. Within 48 hours, I received an email from Macy’s confirming that they are refunding the $8.62 back to my card! Talk about a great app. Because they did it for me, I didn’t have to do anything to get my money back.
Many of their services are FREE. But they do offer a paid version for $19.99/year that can get you even more money back.This is a much better option than going to the store, standing in line, and dealing with a cashier that may not be having the best day. Earny Works with Amazon!
Earny can also get you cash back that is owed for shipping. If you link it to your Amazon.com account, they will track your packages. So, if your package is late and you paid to have your package by a certain date, the program will let you know how to easily contact Amazon to get you a refund for your shipping.
How do you set it up?
- Go to Earny.co
- Link your email (it will track receipts in your inbox to match items with price drops).
- Link your credit cards (Cards with price protection will help you get those refunds).
That’s it! Earny will notify you if you bought an item that later goes down in price, and will work to get your refund.
Also, if you refer a friend, you will get 5% of their refunds AND 5% of their friends’ refunds! It’s as easy as that. So Earny got my cash back, and it can get yours back, and your friend’s.
